Pyeongchang – Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park


The Phoenix Pyeongchang Snow Park offers you a total of seventeen slopes. The Ski Resort is very popular among snowboarders, as it has some jumps and pipes ready for you. For the Winter Olympics 2018, the Freestyle Skiing and Snowboarding events were held there. If you depart from Seoul Station and rely on public transportation, you can expect to travel 1 hour 43 minutes.

Pyeongchang - Yongpyong Ski Resort


Yongpyong Resort, also called Dragon Valley, has hosted several international competitions, including the Ski World Cup and the Asian Winter Games. Without doubt, Yongpyong Resort is one of the most popular ski resorts in Korea and is visited by many tourists every year.

The ski season can be enjoyed for almost 5 months and starts from mid-November to early April. In total, there are 31 slopes including the Yellow, Mega Green, Pink, Red, New Red, Blue, Red Paradise, Silver, Silver Paradise, Gold Valley, Gold Fantastic, Gold Paradise, New Gold, Rainbows 1,2,3 and 4, Rainbow Paradise, 15 different lifts, including a 3.7 km (2.3 mi) gondola, and Korea's largest ski house (Dragon Plaza).

At the end of 2020, a skywalk will be built to connect the gondola to the top of the mountain. The ski resort will thus have another attraction and attract more tourists. From Seoul Station with public transportation, the fastet route takes 1 hour 49 minutes.

Hongcheon - Vivaldi Park Ski World

The Vivaldi Park offers a total of 12 different slopes, including ten lifts. The fastest route is 1 hour and 50 minutes from Seoul Station.

Pyeongchang - Alpensia Ski Resort

The fastest way to get there takes 1 hour and 46 minutes by KTX.

Jeongseon - High1 Ski Resort


The High1 Resort is one of the newest resorts and also one of the largest in Korea. Located in Gangwon province, it offers you 18 incredible slopes, each one starting at one of the three peaks of the resort. One of the peaks offers a 4.2 kilometer long, slightly descending slope for beginners. Two slopes of the High1 Resort have also been used for the Ski World Cup competitions. It is located 3 hours and 23 minutes away from Seoul Station, making it one of the more distant ski resorts.
